ANTI-DRUG COMMITTEE
The Anti-Drug/Substance Abuse Cell at Hindusthan College of Nursing has been established to promote a safe, healthy, and drug-free learning environment for students. This cell is committed to ensuring that the campus remains free from the influence of drugs and harmful substances, fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to academic growth and personal well-being. The strict enforcement of a total ban on substance use within the campus underscores the college’s dedication to student health and safety.
In its efforts to prevent substance abuse, the Anti-Drug/Substance Abuse Cell organizes regular awareness programs and workshops for students. These initiatives aim to educate the student body on the dangers of drug and substance abuse, equipping them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health. By addressing the root causes of substance abuse and spreading awareness, the cell helps students recognize the harmful impact of drugs and empowers them to avoid such behaviors.
Furthermore, the cell works closely with faculty and administration to monitor and prevent any instances of substance use on campus. Through collaboration and vigilant oversight, the Anti-Drug/Substance Abuse Cell actively promotes a drug-free campus environment where students can thrive academically and personally. By maintaining strict disciplinary measures and fostering open dialogue, the cell ensures that students are aware of the consequences of substance abuse, while also providing support for those in need.
