EXAMINATION COMMITTEE

The academic administration plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of Hindusthan College of Nursing by overseeing various examination-related processes. One of the primary responsibilities is to schedule internal examinations, ensuring that they align with the academic calendar and provide students with adequate preparation time. This includes coordinating with faculty to determine appropriate dates and times for assessments, thereby facilitating a structured learning environment. By organizing these internal examinations effectively, the college promotes academic rigor and ensures that students are evaluated consistently throughout their courses.

In addition to scheduling, the administration is responsible for processing university examination forms and submitting Internal Assessment (I.A) marks to the university. This involves meticulous attention to detail, as accurate submission is essential for maintaining the integrity of students’ academic records. The planning for I.A tests and model examinations is also critical, as it not only prepares students for university-level assessments but also helps identify areas where additional support may be needed. Maintaining accurate I.A marks registers ensures transparency and allows students to track their progress over time.
