Yoga:

Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition- Hon’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi

To spread awareness about the importance and effects of Yoga on the health of people, Yoga classes are held once in a week for both students and teachers. In addition, Yoga Day was celebrated, commemorating” International Yoga Day’’ with great enthusiasm, students demonstrated various Asana stringed in the shape of India. Importance of each asana were explained simultaneously.

We at Hindusthan firmly dwell on the philosophy in imparting education and sports in equal. Our students are given frolicsome atmosphere in the playing arena. A healthy mind is a healthy body according to this winning streak, our students are encouraged to compete in various sports activities like Hockey, Cricket, Foot-Ball, Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, BadMinton off and in campus. Our achievements in the District, Zonal, State, National level stands a testimony of our sports culture. Every year sports day is celebrated with great zeal and excitement with impressive march past, coupled with stirring musical band, students displaying Karate, races, relay, mass drill, our tiny tots nimble foots dancing for the beats are stunning feast to the audience eyes.

Our Badminton Champions  R.R.MOHANALAKSHMI, V.MONISHA and R.ANUPRABHA with their brilliant shots, consecutively bagged  gold and silver medals  and many laurels to our institution.

Our Chess Prodigy J.SHALINI with her strategic and brilliant moves always defeats the opponent and bagged laurels to our institution. She  is our proud National Level player and GOLD MEDALIST.

Our silambam Pride K.ABIMANYU  has bagged gold twice in the district level, One gold in the in the state level and  a proud winner national level gold medallist not once but thrice ..

Our Power lifting Champion J. JAISON has bagged bronze and silver medals consecutively in the district & national level tournaments.

Hues & Tints at kindergarten

The motive of celebrating the colours day is to make the kids aware of the primary and secondary colours and its significance.  The day began with fun filled activities, where the students were dressed in hues & tints of various colours.  It was an indeed an active and sporty day.(colors day)
